July 2021 – Vital Delivery Solutions (VDS), until recently known as Green Mountain Messenger, has rebranded to more accurately represent the comprehensive scope of its services and its continued growth in the Northeast.
In addition to the new name, VDS has expanded its footprint and capabilities with the purchase of General Courier in Portland, Maine. General Courier began in 1976, providing dependable same-day delivery services for the Portland area. Over the years, their fleet and number of employees increased as “the General’s” region grew to include New England. With this acquisition, VDS builds its presence throughout New England and the Northeast.
