Universal Window and Door Receives Industry Awards

Marlborough, MA – When River Birch Partners invested in Universal Window and Door (UWD) earlier this year, we admired the company’s long history of award winning projects. UWD continues this legacy as Boston Preservation Alliance recently awarded UWD for two Boston area commercial projects: supplying custom reproduction windows for a 1926 Beaux Arts building and for a late 19th century building. In May 2019, the Massachusetts Preservation Awards Dinner recognized UWD for collaboration on four projects, receiving two Mayor Thomas Menino Legacy Awards and two Paul & Niki Tsongas Awards. With more and more developers and construction companies looking to rehabilitate historic structures, UWD is the partner of choice to supply high quality, energy-efficient replica windows for the industry.
