Our focus is on investment opportunities with quality management teams, recurring, predictable revenue streams with meaningful growth potential. We will also consider investing in outside managers including search funds and independent sponsors. We approach each of our investments with a long-term value perspective in a professional, ethical, fair, innovative and efficient manner.

River Birch does not invest from a fund of institutional capital and as a result has no restrictions on its capital providing tremendous flexibility including an unlimited investment timeline.

No Outside Capital

River Birch Partners does not manage outside capital – we invest our own capital. Doing so provides for a true alignment of interests with the business owners with whom we partner. We have full discretion over our capital, which has no time constraints. This provides maximum flexibility and allows us to act quickly and efficiently.
